These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AB Media website and the purchase of tickets for our events. By using our site or booking tickets, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, your seats are reserved. Tickets are non-transferable unless authorised by AB Media in writing.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes where stated. Payment must be completed in full to secure a booking. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are issued at the discretion of AB Media. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be provided. Requests for refunds on individual bookings are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Event Changes
AB Media reserves the right to alter event dates, times, venues, or line-ups. In the event of a material change, ticket holders will be notified. We are not liable for changes beyond our control, including force majeure.
Conduct at Events
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully. AB Media reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in breach of venue rules.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, images, and text, is the property of AB Media or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
AB Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or attendance at our events. Our liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
